Junior Development Officer
The Association is seeking to co-opt a Junior Development Officer on the Executive Committee.

- with a keen interest in children's and youth sports.
- with a background in coaching other sports or racquetball at their own club.
- with good communications skills with children and parents.
- with a good understanding of how tournament draws, tournament scheduling are done.
- who is over 18 years of age
- who has passed the RAI referees Online Course

Duties include
- Developing and implementing programs to support junior racquetball nationally.
- Organising junior tournaments including All Ireland Junior Uneven Championships, All Ireland Junior Even Championships, All Ireland Junior Championships & the Irish Junior Open.
- Organising volunteers to assist at junior tournaments. Booking of courts for junior tournaments. Issuing entry forms online and completing draws for junior tournaments.
- Issuing players start times for junior tournaments.
- Liaising with Tournament Secretary and Treasurer in relation to cups, medals and awards for junior tournaments.
- Assisting the Irish Junior Team manager in coaching and training national junior squads.

National Junior Coach
The Racquetball Association of Ireland is seeking suitable person as National Junior Coach.
The ideal person for this role would be someone
Out of pocket expenses are payable as well as travel expenses at the current rates.
Also covered is overnight accommodation when necessary and a daily meal allowance.

National Junior Coach Duties
- Organise a Junior Coaching Committee to assist.
- Organising and selecting junior players for a National Junior Development squad each year.
- Selecting junior teams and individuals to compete in international competitions
- Encouraging clubs to focus on promoting junior coaching within their clubs.
- Arranging junior coaching clinics at new and existing clubs.
- Ensuring coaches used for coaching juniors have Foundation Level Coaching Certs
- Ensuring coaches conducting training sessions with juniors are Garda vetted.
- Organising training days (arranging venues, dates, times & booking courts) for members of the National Junior Development squad.
- Assisting in national junior fundraising efforts.
- Encouraging clubs to identify potential coaches to do junior coaching
