Benefits if Registering as a member/player with the Racquetball Association of Ireland
First and foremost by becoming registered with the Association you are helping us support the sport you play and enjoy. It is only with your support that we can develop and promote the sport of racquetball in Ireland. By registering you are helping us to do this.

The Racquetball Association of Ireland (RAI) has club affiliation and individual registration.
The benefit of a club being affiliated to the RAI is that your club members upon registration will receive registration inclusive of personal/injury accident insurance at discounted rates.
The RAI injury/accident insurance is compulsory for all players.
Registration
By registering with the Racquetball Association of Association you accept the rules and regulations of the Racquetball Association of Ireland Association including the Anti-Doping regulations. A copy of the Rules & Regulations can be downloaded HERE

- Injury/Accident Insurance, covers you in cases of serious injury.
- Covers you for Medical Expenses, Physiotherapy & loss of earnings expenses if injured while playing racquetball. This cover extends to playing anywhere in Ireland.
- Full Access to play in the Associations sanctioned Open Tournaments, Provincial and National Championships.
- Access to Coach Education - Foundation Level Course
- Opportunity to become a Coach Developer with professional training by Coaching Ireland at the University of Limerick.
- Access to Irish International players & qualified RAI coaches to run a coaching clinic, fundraising exhibition match for your club.
- To apply for a Sports Partnership grants your club needs to be affiliated to a National Governing Body (NGB). You support the RAI by becoming a registered player.
- Garda Vetting Service Provided by RAI liaison officer (racquetball players/coaches cannot do this themselves). Other sports charge for this service.
- Free advice when purchasing racquetball equipment.
